I take a product from a brief to a live site on my own: design, content structure, code, hosting, and the client calls in between. Most of my working day runs through Claude Code. It drafts, refactors, deploys, transcribes calls, and keeps my notes, while I make the decisions and check the result on a real phone before anything ships.
Stack right now: Next.js, Payload CMS, Postgres, Tailwind, Docker on Hetzner and Azure, GitHub Actions. Two years in industry before that on MERN, Laravel, React Native, and Flutter, plus a robotics and IoT background.
Coaching website for a US mindset coach, August 2026
Designed and built in two weeks from the client's one page brief and a WhatsApp thread of content. A small design system (navy, ivory, one serif, one sans, a hand lettered accent), an art directed hero, a self help hub with lesson pages and embedded reels, a lead capture popup, and an editable CMS so the coach owns his content. Verified at 390 and 1440 pixels before every deploy.
AI consulting funnel for a US consultant, June to August 2026
A landing page and assessment funnel that sells a paid AI tools assessment to business owners. Built from scratch in a new repo with the client's editing needs in mind: the copy, tool list, and offers live in the CMS. Stripe checkout, booking flow, and a voice intake agent built on Retell. The pipeline from this project became the template for the next one.
Personal operating setup, built and used since July 2026
A markdown knowledge base on the LLM wiki pattern (Karpathy's) that a Claude Code session reads first and writes back to after every task: client pages, meeting notes, decisions, a per client message ledger. On top of it, the same session drafts client replies in my voice for my approval, captures live captions from calls, transcribes voice notes, deploys sites, files open source PRs, and books calendar events. No custom framework, just files, git, and a browser.
